Stephen A. Carr
Stephen A. Carr was a 48-year-old man who lived at 6810 Field Master Drive in the Orange Hunt neighborhood of Springfield and was shot to death in his home the night of September 12, 2010.[1]
The police arrested his neighbor, 44-year-old David A. Patton for the crime, which settled a dispute over a speed hump Carr had installed on the road in front of his house to deter speeding.[2]
