Sandra D. Niccum

Sandra Dee Niccum was a 22-year-old police informant who was beaten and strangled to death, along with 38-year-old Donna P. Tehan, by John C. Marteny at 2619 Glengyle Drive in Vienna on April 18, 1984.[1]
