Ruth Allen

Dr. Ruth Hamilton Allen (August 25, 1944 – October 16, 2012) was a 68-year-old woman who was fatally shot by her brother, 59-year-old Charles A. Hamilton, to settle a family dispute at 11310 Geddys Court in Reston on October 16, 2012.[1]

Allen was taken to Reston Hospital Center, where she died.[2]
