Rosa M. Tenorio

Rosa M. Tenorio (February 6, 1969 – August 10, 1998) was a 29-year-old woman who was fatally shot in the head by her boyfriend, 22-year-old Michael A. Bailey, in his Reston apartment on the morning of August 10, 1998.[1]

Tenorio was taken to the Inova Fairfax Hospital, where she died that evening.[2]
