Robert N. Willis
Robert N. Willis was a 33-year-old New Jersey man who was shot to death in Reston by Michael S. Thomas on November 2, 1995.[1][2]
Thomas believed Willis had been cheating him by putting rocks in the bales of marijuana he had been supplying to Thomas.[2]
