Robert C. Cotten, Jr.

Robert C. Cotten, Jr. was the supervisor for the Falls Church District from 1960 to 1964.

Cotten first sought elective office in 1957 as the Republican nominee for the Virginia House of Delegates against Democratic incumbent Omer L. Hirst.[1]

Cotten was elected to the Board of Supervisors on November 3, 1959, unseating Democratic incumbent Thomas S. Gray.[2]
