Richard A. Anderson

Richard Alexander "Dicky" Anderson (March 7, 1948 – February 7, 2013) was a 64-year-old man who was killed when he was struck by an Amtrak train west of the Backlick Road overpass near his home in Springfield on February 7, 2013.[1]
