Ravensworth (Mansion)

The Ravensworth mansion was one of three mansions built in the 18th century on the Ravensworth plantation.

The mansion was built around 1796 by William Fitzhugh, who had inherited the southern portion of the massive Ravensworth land grant.

Early on the morning of August 1, 1926, the mansion was destroyed by a fire.[1]
