Preston C. Brown

Preston C. Brown (b. January 31, 1969) is a rapist and murderer.

On August 4, 1990, the 21-year-old Brown raped and suffocated 15-year-old Rebecca L. Reese near a playground behind Mason Dixon Drive in the Brookleigh neighborhood of Chantilly.[1]

Following the discovery of Reese's corpse on August 5, Brown was arrested on August 6 on an unrelated outstanding warrant.[2]

Brown claimed that Reese had willingly agreed to have sex with him, but at some point changed her mind, at which point he accidentally strangled her.[3]

Brown was convicted of rape and murder on November 15, 1990.[1]
