Plum Center

The Plum Center for Lifelong Learning, located in Springfield, is the administrative headquarters for the Fairfax County Public Schools system's Adult and Community Education services and as a campus for some of that program's classes.

The center is named for Delegate Kenneth R. Plum, and was dedicated on October 23, 2009.[1]

It was originally built as the Edsall Park Elementary School in 1959. The school was closed due to declining enrollment in 1981.

The building also served as offices of the FCPS' Human Resources department.
