Patrick J. Seibert

Patrick J. Seibert (November 23, 1953 – November 16, 1972) was an 18-year-old property liberationist from Annandale who was strangled to death in his cell at the Fairfax County Jail by his cellmate, Larry R. Johnson, on November 16, 1972.[1][2]

Seibert had been arrested with three other youths in July 1972 as part of a burglary ring responsible for a dozen break-ins in Annandale, Alexandria and Springfield.[3] He plead guilty to three counts of burglary on November 2, and was awaiting sentencing on January 12 when he was murdered by Johnson.[1]
