Morgan D. Monroe, Jr.

Morgan DeTroy "Troy" Monroe, Jr. was a 47-year-old Maryland man who was shot and killed in the Sequoyah condominium neighborhood in the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria on May 16, 2012.[1][2]

Monroe was found sitting in a 1996 Honda Accord at the intersection of San Leandro Place and Mendocino Place.[3]
