Mark Twain Middle School is a public middle school in Alexandria.

Aimee Holleb became the principal in 2007.

Following Holleb's transfer to become director of Cluster 6 in 2012, Fairfax High School assistant principal Baek Chong became the principal of the school.[1][2]
