Malek's Pizza Palace is a Italian and Greek restaurant in the Springfield Plaza in Springfield.
In 1981, Joseph and Joanne Malek bought Plaza Pizza. By the early 1990s, they'd remodeled and changed the name to Malek's Pizza Palace.
