Jack A. Walker, Jr.

Jack Arthur Walker, Jr. was a 27-year-old man who was shot and killed by 31-year-old Pagan's motorcycle enthusiast club member Thomas P. Evans to settle an argument at a party at 12503 Glenbrooke Woods Drive in Herndon on June 8, 1980.[1][2][3]
