Israel K. Kear
Israel K. Kear (November 5, 1980 – March 6, 2000) was a 19-year-old Liberian immigrant who was shot to death by Troy Giles during an early-morning robbery as he walked home from work in Alexandria on March 6, 2000.[1][2]
