Donald C. Schrum

Donald Clark Schrum is a former Fairfax County Police Officer.

In May 1976, Sergeant Schrum, along with Captain Ronald D. Watts, won the two-man team shooting championship at the Southeastern Regional Combat Police Championships in Winter Haven, Florida.[1]

Captain Schrum became the commander of the Reston District Station in May 1979.[2]

He later served as commander of the Franconia District Station before being promoted to Major and taking over the department's administrative bureau in June 1981.[3]
