David C. Stallard

David Carson Stallard (August 3, 1965 – March 25, 1996) was a 30-year-old man who was stabbed to death by Lars Hanson at the Shell service station at 6660 Arlington Boulevard in Falls Church on March 25, 1996.[1][2]
