Buddy M. Fultz

Buddy Marvin Fultz was a 16-year-old youth who was shot to death on July 27, 1967 by Fairfax County Police Detective Richard H. Cocchini when Fultz, who had been surprised in the commission of a burglary at the Trailways Bus Depot at 6583 Backlick Road in Springfield, attacked the detective with a tire iron.[1][2]
