Anthony Ortiz

Anthony "Tony" Ortiz was a 19-year-old Fairfax man who was shot to death by 17-year-old Gustavo A. Perez when the fistfight he engaged in outside the Lee Highway Multiplex Cinema in Merrifield on January 13, 1995 instead turned out to be a gunfight.[1][2]
