William J. Jacoby

William J. "Jake" Jacoby is the assistant chief of the Northern Virginia Community College Police Department.

Chief Jacoby is a 25-year veteran of the Fairfax County Police Department. His last assignment with the FCPD was as assistant commander of the Franconia District Station.[1]
