Teresa Ann Luscynski

Teresa Ann Luscynski was a 9-year-old fourth grade student at Groveton Elementary School who was killed by Harry F. Scott, Jr., her 17-year-old student school bus driver, after she got off his bus in Hybla Valley.[1]

Luscynski stopped and bent over to pick up her umbrella, and Scott either did not hear or ignored the warning honks of another driver who saw the danger the girl was in.[1]
