Springfield Tower

The Springfield Tower is a 14-story office building in downtown Springfield.

The building, built in 1972 by Ward and Hall and Associates, is owned by the Federal Realty Investment Trust.

The building was damaged by an early morning fire on November 13, 1986 that caused an estimated $1 million in damage to the building.[1]
