Parliaments
The Parliaments is an apartment complex in Annandale.
It is leased by Southern Management Corporation.
The complex was originally constructed as the Parliament Village garden apartments by Richmarr Construction and managed by Shannon & Luchs.[1] The 9 story Parliament House apartment building was added to the complex in 1971.
