Nicholas A. Kaelber
Nicholas Allen "Nick" Kaelber (August 2, 1990 – July 8, 2012) was a 21-year-old Woodbridge man who was shot to death by Fairfax County Police Officer Edward Carpenter when Kaelber shot at Carpenter and another officer in Mount Vernon on July 8, 2012. [1]
