Michele I. Quiles

Michele Inez Quiles (September 8, 1977 – April 24, 2002) was a 24-year-old Alexandria woman who was shot to death by her ex-husband Marlo L. Small as she sat in her car in Annandale on April 24, 2002.[1][2]
