Michael L. Owen
Michael Lee Owen (1953 – August 1, 1977) was a 24-year-old Maryland man and criminal suspect who was shot to death by Fairfax County Police Officer Maurice W. Painter, Jr. and Corporal Colin W. Morgan in Falls Church when Owen pointed a double-barreled shotgun at them early on the morning of August 1, 1977.[1]
