Mazhar Nazir

Mazhar Nazir was a 49-year-old cab driver from Falls Church who was shot to death by Evan Gargiulo in the Tysons Corner area of McLean on November 2, 2008.[1][2]

Nazir had moved to the United states from Pakistan in 1975, and had been driving cabs for more than 25 years.[3]
