Mabel Rastatter

Mabel Rastatter was a 54-year-old Dale City woman who was killed, along with her 58-year-old husband Joseph and 84-year-old mother-in-law Esther, by 26-year-old Juan Landeros when he crashed head-on into their car on Route 1 in Fort Belvoir on April 8, 1990.[1]
