Keoviengkone Sengchanh

Keoviengkone Sengchanh was a 23-year-old Springfield man who was shot and mortally wounded during a party at the Masonic Lodge at 6911 Columbia Pike in Annandale on June 20, 1995.[1]

Sengchanh was taken to Fairfax Hospital, where he died early the next morning.
