Jemmy E. Valladares Rivas

Jemmy Elizabeth Valladares Rivas was a 21-year-old woman who was strangled to death by her boyfriend, Edwin Jones, in room #317 of the Courtyard Marriot at 11220 Lee-Jackson Memorial Highway in Fairfax on September 16, 2000.[1][2]
