Frederick F. Burhans, Jr.

Frederick F. "Dutch" Burhans, Jr. was the 35-year-old former president of the Pagan's Motorcycle Club who was shot to death, along with William V. Sitko, when they confronted David W. Kaiser at his home at 3915 Lyndhurst Drive in Fairfax on January 1, 1980.[1]

Both Burhans and Sitko had brought handguns to confront Kaiser, whom Sitko thought was the cause of troubles between himself and his wife.
