Edgewater

Edgewater is a neighborhood in Burke.

The 90 homes in the neighborhood were developed in the early 1990's.

Prior to the development of the neighborhood, there was concern about the preservation of the Pearson Family Cemetery, which is located on the property, by the descendants of Charles T. Pearson.[1] The graveyard was preserved and a fence built around it by the developer, Stanley Martin.
