Cicero I. Limberea

Cicero Ioan Limberea (January 31, 1973 – February 28, 2013) was a 40-year-old accountant who unintentionally killed himself when, while fleeing police after a domestic dispute at his former home in Fairfax, he crashed his SUV head-on into a Fairfax County Police cruiser while driving the wrong way on Little River Turnpike in Annandale on February 28, 2013.[1][2]
