Caroline H. Yoo

Caroline Hui Yoo was a 29-year-old woman who was strangled to death by her live-in boyfriend, 27-year-old Army Staff Sergeant Terry L. Simmons, in their apartment at 3606 Barcroft View Terrace, #101 in Falls Church on June 19, 1981.[1][2][3]

Yoo's corpse was discovered about a month later when other residents of the noticed a swarm of flies on the inside of the apartment window and smelled the odor of her rotting corpse upon entering the building.[1]
