Accotink Academy

Accotink Academy is a private school in Springfield.

The school actually has two separate schools on its campus, the Accotink Academy Therapeutic Day School and the Accotink Academy Learning Center.

Founded by Elaine N. McConnell, the Accotink Academy opened in 1964.[1] Originally a program for preschoolers, the school later expanded to provide education for disabled children.[2] The original preschool program still operates as the Accotink Academy Preschool.
